Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 04 April 2026

Customer satisfaction and product hygiene are central to Green Pulp Industries.

1. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• damaged package on delivery
• wrong item delivered
• manufacturing defect
• quantity mismatch
• torn or defective sealed pack

2. Return Request Period

All return requests must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

3. Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, the following are non-returnable:

• opened packs
• partially used tissue products
• products damaged after delivery
• products mishandled by customer
• clearance or promotional bundles

4. Evidence Requirement

For damaged or incorrect items, customers must provide:

• invoice / order number
• photos or video evidence
• complaint via WhatsApp or email

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days through:

• bank transfer
• JazzCash
• Easypaisa
• original payment method
• store credit / replacement

6. Replacement

Customers may choose replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability.

7. Shipping Charges

If the issue is caused by Poof Tissues, return courier charges will be borne by us. If return is requested for reasons outside manufacturing or delivery fault, shipping cost may be borne by customer.

8. Complaint Resolution

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 working days, in line with good e-commerce consumer practice.
